Firstly I have tried using the contact form however no one seems to have gotten back so wondering if anyone else know a solution to the below..
My partner would like to play AirwaySim however as we live in the same house, same IP but different computers he is getting a warning message when signing up as there is already my account on this IP, is there anyway to add an exception so he can play as well as me within the same house and network?

There shouldn't be any blocks on this at this time, especially since you have bought credits. (If there are users from the same location all trying to sign up for the free trial the system might restrict multiple signups)
