If i keep my every of my stuff something like 106%, does that effect positively to my company image, compared to keep all just 100%
Or may more than 100% stuff effect other things? or does 100% just enough
it may lower the chance of delays a bit (as even with 100% staff, someone can get sick and takes a while to get the replacement etc)... but basically 100% is just fine, so no worries using manual staffing and 100% levels.
keep in mind that firing staff will cause your company image to suffer.
