Is there a secret to getting AI aircraft lessors to put their used aircraft on the market? I have been trying to get the last 4 IL-96Ms in GW2 on the market by checking over and over, but they just stay in storage. Any tips? Can the administrator release them?

I understand the concept of not having every example of an aircraft model out on the used market at once, but maybe there should be a minimum number before they start being sent to storage. Like, once a model has 10 units on the used market the storage algorithm can go into effect.
If the aircraft you see in storage is new, keep in mind that AI brokers like to "age" the aircraft, like you would age some wine, for a few years, before putting them on the market. But this is only issue with very young aircraft, maybe under 3 years old.
I nearly fell off my chair today when an AI broker bought a used tatty 707 off me!
