Title: Two Questions
Post by: Tuckernut on September 20, 2018, 04:29:46 PM
Hi:
As a retired airline employee I am having a great time with this game.

1.  I have a balance in my Beginner's 2 account of about $18,000,000.  Is there any way I can have it transferred to my Game #4 account?

2.  Game #4 runs far too slow for me.  Could you speed a day up to 15-20 minutes rather than 30?  It takes forever to get new aircraft.

Many thanks to your team.

Welcome! From one player to another. I'm not in charge. However:

(1) Each game world is separate (with different economies and inflation levels, etc.), so cash cannot be transferred.

(2) Each game world also has its own speed, stated on the front page. I've never seen Sami (the dev) change the speed of a game in the middle after it has already started running. A change like that would affect all of the other players. Some games have 20-minute days but I have not seen one with 15-minute days.

Thanks for the answer.  I am an impatient "airline executive."  Good thing they only trusted me with the actual airplanes!

The first couple of days in a game world always feel unbearably slow. But as your airline grows (creating more excitement but also more problems and fires to put out), you'll have plenty to keep you busy later on.

Indeed. Once you're up and running there will be plenty to do on a regular basis. Keep in mind that it's not the sort of game that you have to spend 24/7 working on in order to be successful.  Make some changes/updates once or twice a day and you can still build a large and successful airline.

This.

Also schro I need you to manage my 500-plane airline so that I can focus on my real job and not get fired. Please and thank you.

You can also start another game world, to keep you busy.  Current GW3 is nearing end and will be restarting soon.  It will likely be "Modern World" time frame starting in 1990s.
