Title: Order hushkit installed from factory on new AC

Some may notice the DC9 still in production well into the 2000's in GW2, when looking at this, I noticed one can order the AC but not the hushkit, this makes for an added delay on putting aircraft into service when stage 3 is required.

I propose to add an option to have hushkit preinstalled on new order.

Wait, you didn't order the re-engined version?
