Do airport curfews (closed time) effect cargo business, or only passenger business?
Curfews affect every plane trying to take off or land. It doesn't matter if it's a passenger or cargo plane. A plane is a plane. ;)

and when you're living in the axis of the runway, you don't care wether it's cargo or pax : you just vote for the candidate that forbids this f***ing noise and prevents your children from sleeping. Not in the axis, but quite closer to the airport. And most of the planes turn south (to the sea, so the whole city doesn't suffer from it). Hopefully the city itself is quite noisy ;D
