Our server upgrade has been now completed and all systems and simulations have been moved to the new server hardware.

The clock isn't "ticking" on the dashboard, it does on the other pages though
Dashboard is not loading fully at this time, seems to be a memory issue (under investigation).
Airline press releases have been temporarily disabled from the Dashboard, since they are causing the issue. To be fixed soon.
Note also that it takes still a bit of time for the game times (clocks) to sequence. GW#1 and #2 have some slowness and you might see the clock being stuck at 23.59 occasionally (or even jump back, as we need to manually adjust them a bit).

It is groundhog day in gw2, August 18 started over again after it nearly ended....
Yes, I have to roll the time back a bit since the mid-day calculation is having issued. Point is already identified and just fixing it.
Also I'm unable to access my own airlines Information page in GW4. It's stuck at "loading". Also have the problem with some other airlines, but not all.

Ach, it's the press releases there too. There's some unfamiliar issue with game-forum connection. I will tackle that after the background process issue that is causing slowness in GW#2 is fixed.

It was accessing gw2 until a couple minutes ago, also the forum at the same time / different tab
Okay yes, I see from the logs that there have been a bunch of them. The amount of resources for the services might be in need of adjustments still, but let's see if that was the fault of the slow background calculations.
edit: Yes, most probable cause was that the request timeout was set to unnecessarily long time per each user request, and since GW#2 database was glogged the user page load requests filled the quota, giving occasional timeouts. For now I have not seen those any more after some adjustments were made. But please let me know the page and exact time if it happens again.
Also GW2:
Week 33 showed a significant decrease in certain fixed costs: Staff Salaries, Staff Training, Marketing, and Office Rent. Month-to-month fluctuations do not account for this as week 33 is wholly within the same calendar month as weeks 31 and 32 (August 2000) and weeks 31 and 32 show numbers equal to each other as one would expect. All of my marketing campaigns are permanent (don't expire) and I could not have made any adjustments during this time as I was asleep.
Mind you, I'm not complaining about a decrease in costs... ;D
Had to do a couple of system restarts in GW#2 since it kept getting partly stuck so they will be back to normal the next week.

The new server is awesome! At my location in the USA the speed difference is amazing. Thank you for the improvement and the great games.
