Title: Route Image growth depending on LF
Post by: HybridX on June 15, 2018, 06:44:19 AM
Can anyone confirm that the growth of a RI directly depends on the LF of that specific route? I'm seeing this behaviour on some of my routes, but perhaps in missing something.

No, not connected in any way.

Load Factor is only a statistical value based on past route sales.

I think LF is based on the RI, isn't it?

Lf is a mathematic function that divides the number of seats sold by number of seats made available for sale.

Yes, indirectly.

In addition to what schro said, RI influences the number of pax and cargo allocated to your flight.  So higher RI, more can be allocated to your flight, resulting in higher LF.
