Do you think there should be a way to sell planes you own directly to a broker and immediately lease them back? I was hoping to do this so that I could raise capital to support the temporary high fuel prices. Please post your feedback.
broker takes too much risks and not enough return usually.
i.e.
I wish to get rid of my entire 747 fleet, so I sell them to a broker, and never lease them back?
This is basically the same as securing a loan with the plane except you get to keep the asset when you go with the loan option.
