It's called airport CEO where you run your own airport and there is alot of small details.

I've been playing it for a while and while it's still in its very early stages, it's already a pretty good game. Definitely recommended!
I have it in my Steam Account. Got it during a recent sale. But I have not even installed it yet... Now that you reminded me of the game, I am going to try it this weekend.
I have the similar simairport which is also on steam. It came out a bit before airport CEO but plays quite nicely. Not quite as detailed in some areas but I feel that isn't really a loss as it makes it a little more accessible. Nice to have two games competing.
Bought it also on Steam in the sale. Looks quite comprehensive.
