Why are aircraft lease prepayments part of the operating activities cash flow.
If you pay them, they are an investment and not (quote manual) Any cash transactions that directly relate an airline's core business of transporting passengers around the world.

Lease is an operational lease, thus part of "daily" expenses. (= rent)
It is not a investment lease where you'd pay for assets in parts.
