And this new model has probably been applied to all GWs, as it's now active in GW#2.

1°) How does it work in the meanwhile? Some slots gets added once in a while as before?
2°) When the "build new expansion" will work, does that mean that new slots will be available only when the airport administration decides to build an expansion?
3°) Will this functionality be added also to current GWs?
