I invested heavily in marketing, using all media to promote worldwide. After it reach 70 it starts to drop, not increasing anymore. What could I do?
what is the total percent of the media spend to your total operating revenue?
are you running the maximum number of marketing campaigns you are allowed? (both general and route)
Also, don't forget other factors that might be affecting it. If you have a lot of delays and cancellations those will put negative pressure on your CI
I spend around 15% of my expenses on marketing (roughly 10% of my revenue), select everything in worldwide and continent. Every route I fly image is over 65 so I promote new route that is about to be flying. Punctuality is around 92-95%
Which means you are too small to expect any better right now. You can't ba at 100, or even at 90, when you're not a big company. Grow, and when the proportion of your marketing expenses go down, then rise it again.
