At past, when I started an airline in other gameworld, my first few routes always get some bonus route image and in more recent starts the company image would be at 30.
However, in the airline that I have started in GW2 on day 1, none of my routes are getting that bonus route image, and my company image was started with 5.
Is that a result of having a early start instead of joining the game at later stage? From which point on joining a gameworld could get those extra RI/CI?
The bonus is when you start later. Starting on day one already has enough advantages.
