I know a new route usually has low sales at first, but now my economy sales has risen to 90%, while my business class sales is only 15%. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

The route planning breaks down the economy/biz/first demand by percentage in the pie chart on the page.
business LF is effected more by your company image and route image than coach. When those hit a certain level your business LF will go up substantially assuming you have demand for it.
I think the BC sales mode in this game is something like 1/4 of total Economy till CI 25, 1/3 to CI 40, 1/2 to CI 60 and 1/1 at CI 70, or something similar, and maybe 2/3 at CI 90 and even better at CI 100. RI I think is calculated as 50% bonus/malus on these values.
