Does anyone think first class is worth it for domestic flights in the US? On my little cjr planes I have 6 business and rest ecom and on my 737's I have first, business, and econ. Look at the demand on the routes you're flying. If it's 0, then you'll never sell an F seat.
Most larger routes in the US will have a small number of F seats worth of demand, and in those cases, it's worth flying it, but it'll be a limited subset of everything that you fly.
Flying F is definitely worth it if your employer pays for it
