Hello very new here, I'm just wondering what happens at the end of a game, do you loose everything and have to re-start?

I hope they would refund top 100 airline with 5 credits, so that they can join next game ;D

Ok so just wondering why would you spend so much time building an airline for the end of game just to have to restart with nothing?
