Why I am I getting delays and cancellations due to scheduling when I always have turnarounds that reduce the chance of this to 0%? For example, I had 18 cancellations due to scheduling in the past 7 days, thats 1.8%!! Not too bad until you consider the weather related and tech cancellations then its getting messy! I am sure my cancellation rate of around 3.6% is harming my image!! If I schedule my turnarounds even longer, its becomes unrealistic and difficult to schedule effectively.
Currently I have 55-60 mins turnarounds for my 100 seat BAE146's and 45 mins for my 50 seat Dash 8's... all well above the min :'(
Well, next to where you set the turnover time, what does it say the percentage of delay will be?
If you have so many delayed flights stacked up on top of each other, at some point the plane has to make up the time.
All of my turnarounds show 0% chance of delay... thats why I am confused by it :-\

It doesn't really mean that there will never be delays due to short turnarounds. It is misleading and will be changed in the next version, I think. Please search the forum for more information.
