I have a line LEMD-SABE with a tech stop in both directions at SBRF. The route is flown with 741 and 742 eqp. On the return leg on day 4 and 5 only my capacity is restricted to 136 pax. The other days of the week i can transport the full capacity of the aircraft. What am i missing?

My guess is you had a low MTOW bird on one of the days...

I am fairly sure, having operated a large airline out of SABE, that it is due to the short runway length there (2100m)
Yes Schro that is exactly what happened. I had a couple of standard weight variants mixed in with the higher weight variants on that route. I didnt think it would make a difference if i kept the first leg of the return flight fairly short. Guess i was wrong.
