I have looked on the used market for a bombardier Q400 and there are none there. When looking at the aircraft information page it says there is 65 aircraft in sale and storage. How can i get or request one of those aircraft?

The AI brokers will release planes from the storage to the used market randomly. Random models and random intervals.
