I have just completed the installation of an e-mail based support ticket system that makes it much easier to provide a high quality customer service once AirwaySim is launched to public. With the new administrational system it's now possible to track each support request individually and thus no message is left unnoticed.
However as the system is new there may be some startup issues related to it. So if you have sent a contact request to us after 8th of June and you do not receive a reply within 2-3 business days, please let me know (try sending a new contact request, or PM me thru forum for example).
Remember that you can always reach AWS staff by using the site's contact form: https://www.airwaysim.com/Contactus (however don't ask if you can be in the beta... nor when it's released, those will be announced in public once there is a bit more to announce)
