I'm having some problems with my company image.
A couple of (game)months ago it dropped from 20 to minus 10.
Probaly because I was paying my staff to little and they were unmotivated. But I do not seem to be able to turn it around. I have raised wages lowered ticketprices and leaseed newer aircraft but the image is not comming up.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Put more money into marketing. Thats pretty much the only way to raise image fast.
