Title: Am I doing it right?
Post by: Daymio on October 20, 2015, 01:14:54 PM
Hi!

I'm kinda new to the game (4 days into trial so far) and I would like to ask you all if I'm
leading properly my airline. For now it seems that I have around 3kk profit weekly I also
opened new base since there isn't much more space at my main port to open new routes (over supply nearly everywhere),
but the demands on the new base (mostly international) are not that high or the distance is very long (over 4k nm).

I would be greatful if you could give me some tips on maximizing the ability of my airline :)

Thank you in advance !

Your airline sounds like it is going well.

If there is not sufficient demand at the new base i suggest either upgrade it to allow it to take large aircraft or simply close it down and open a new base somewhere else.

Hope this helps and you continue after the free trial.

You can investigate the demand of an airport before opening a base there by using the "Route Planning" option under the Routes menu.

Simply look at the Departure Aerodrome box and note by its bottom the green arrow: "Change selection". Choose any airport you want and study the demand from there.
