Title: Ticket tariffs
Post by: Belavia Group on May 21, 2008, 09:38:28 AM
Hi.. some questions from a newby..:)
1. Does the game allow having only one ticket price for a certain route? Because in real life there can be several tariffs for the same route depending on booking numbers, Sunday rule, date change flexibility etc.
2. Would the game take in mind that sometimes it is more convenient (pricewise) to take a transit flight than a direct one. E.g. if there exists a cheaper tariff for SOF-RIX-HEL with Airline A than for SOF-HEL with airline B, would the pax flow be adjusted accordingly?

Thank you!

There's currently one fare class for each "service level" (economy, business etc). Expansion of this has been suggested but it's not possible with the current technical structure (and plus managing such may get overly complicated if you have lots of routes..)

Transit flights are not modeled yet. But perhaps coming in the future after the initial release.
