Title: How do the closing/reopening production lines work?

Currently in GW3, ERJ145EU & ERJ145 STD are threatened from closing since more than 1 year. There was a 10 month warning.

I've got orders for both models beyond the expected closing date, but it seems that they stay at "Production is about to end in less than 1 month" forever. Since a few months already for the EU version.

Is it a normal behaviour? If yest, how to trigger a long-term reopening like "Pilatus has announced that the previously announced plans to close the production line of their Pilatus PC-12/45 and Pilatus PC-12/47 aircraft have been reversed." that happened in April 2002 ???

While there are still orders being placed the production won't close

OK thank you guys. I'll wait for Ejets instead, and focus on bigger lines now.
