If you have not reserved the name, then it is free to use by anyone (regardless if you have an airline with that name in some other game ... first who opens an airline with that name can use it). If two airlines in the same game have a very similar name, then the one who first opened the airline can continue to use it.
that's why I took a company name as stupid as possible. ;D Noone will steal it. :D
