If two airlines have same company image and route image and also almost same seat supply with same planes then what can be the reason of difference in load factor of both airlines? Is it price?

Of course, but time of flight also plays a role. Both departure & arrival time should be ideally between 6 & 23, at least between 5 & 24. Night flights to use the plane more are usually a bad idea if there is a stop at 2 in the morning.
