what would happen in context of airline if i reduce higher level management and middle level management??how it would affect my operations?
1. morale will drop in relation to the staff area where you apply reductions under 100% of required numbers
2. CI will be negatively impacted
3. It could escalate into threats of strikes
4. if strikes then a greater morale and therefore CI drop
5. lower CI equates to your airline being less desirable than other airlines to potential passengers
