While naturally this survey was answered mostly by the active users who have bought Credits, we still got some useful data for future developments. But the results of the survey show that things are going mostly very well on this sector of the site.
- 79% of the users rated the "overall Credits purchase experience" with ratings 4 or 5 (on scale from 1 to 5), and further 12% with grade 3.
- 8% of the answers requested more payment methods
- 41% of the users think that our Credits prices are good (not too expensive nor too cheap).
- 93% of users would be inclined to recommend AirwaySim to a friend of colleague (26%: 5, 40%: 4, 27%: 3)
We are also launching a new payment gateway very shortly which will streamline the payment flow for credit card users even further. It will also introduce new accepted cards and other useful features.
