Title: new DC-9 / MD-88
Post by: meiru on February 03, 2015, 09:13:59 AM
hi... I like the new DC-9 versions you added... this makes DC a bether choice in my eyes (for early days) ... I also like what you did with the MD-81-87 ... but ... you forgot the extra fuel tank version of the MD-88 :-) ... would be nice to have her to...

Any references/data?  (or actually, I would suppose it can be found in the airport planning manual as well ..)

... there you can see the image I got from a brochure of McDonnell Douglas  :)

Basically, the MD-88 is a newer version of the MD-83, implementing all the features of the MD-83, including the fuel tanks (you can also see this in the FAA certification documents, but I don't know where I have them... could search them again if you need them).

Not that this is at all relevant, but is there any future hope of getting the -10/-20 DC9 in the game?

Sorry, I'm new, just hadn't seen them in the beginner world.
