Hi,
Just wondering if an airport's demand split (Domestic, International and Long Haul, or even Y, C and F split) changes as the years go by or if its permanent? Airports like TIJ start as domestic only sometimes and then can end up with significant international demand and the reverse can happen as well while economic conditions can change as well.
Thanks!
The D/I/LH is hard coded for each airport (the ratios, but it does not necessarily relate directly to the route demand figures). Y/C/F is more dynamic.
But it changes when another airport opens i guess?
Doesnt MXP take away quite some LH traffic from LIN? Or doesnt it work like that?
