The login integration system that provides the Facebook/Google/Yahoo login functionality to our site has been issuing technical problems lately.
This third-party service provider (Janrain) has posted to their site that they are currently working in order to get the problem sorted but there is no ETA yet. Source: http://trust.janrain.com/
Meanwhile, if you are using these logins, please login with the AirwaySim account instead:
- Go to: https://www.airwaysim.com/Login/
- Use your AWS site username and password (not your FB/Google/Yahoo credentials naturally!)
- If you do not know your password, please use the reminder: https://www.airwaysim.com/Reminder/ - type in your username to get a password reset link to your profile's email address.
We hope that the issues are resolved shortly, and unfortunately there's nothing we can do to it at our end since the login functionality is fully provided by this other company.
From the status page of the login provider:
"No user data has been compromised or lost. We are working very diligently to fix this issue and ensure that these services are working as soon as possible. we want to emphasize that fixing these services is our top priority."
"We will continue to provide ongoing status and will publish an ETA as soon as known."

= Still broken, no ETA.
(But to be clear login with AirwaySim's own user accounts works, and has worked all the time, fully normally.)
The Facebook/Google/Yahoo login functionality to our site is working now again.
The service provider (Janrain) has fixed their technical issues and everything should be back to normal.
