I read that passengers don't connect for transfer flights at your hub. If this is true, then scheduling doesn't matter. Am I correct?
It doesn't matter in that you don't need banks of flights. It does matter in that passengers don't want to depart or arrive at 3:30am.
The game isn't programmed to do passenger connections unfortunately :-\
