Title: Storage Disabled
Post by: fxtorres on November 04, 2014, 03:50:10 PM
Hi

I've got an aircraft (used as a loan security asset), 24 years old, and I would like to send it to long term storage, but I cannot find this option.

I guess it could be due to....  ???

- The aircraft is a loan security asset?
- The aircraft has D Check expired?
- Any other ideas?

Thanx.

Reason 3 - you can't send rust to storage

The requirements for the storage option to show up are:

The aircraft you list must be owned by your airline.

It may not be listed for sale, leased by another player or used as a loan security asset.

It may not be undergoing any maintenance at that time.

Thank you all. But I don't understand what is the point of that. As Kadachiman says, I can't send rust to fly and my intention was sending it to storage until paying back the loan.

I think I'll have to let it scrap by itself in the middle of the airport... :'(

Take the scheduled A & B checks off it so it doesn't waste more money and watch it rust away parked in the yard :-(
