Hello! Great game!

I cant seem to find any answer to a question about reconfiguration anywhere.

My question is simply if you have to pay for both the "creation" of the layout for the specific model and then also for the actual work to put it in the plane?

You only pay when you actually change the configuration of aircraft. You can design and save configuration models without cost.
