Can someone point me to the part of the manual that covers parking aircraft? I can't seem to find it.

Ok I guess no one else can find it either. Can someone explain to me the costs that are incurred for parked aircraft then?

It's a few bucks. There is somewhere a post in the announcement 1.3 features thread when sami introduced it.
