How to copy my schedule from boeing 737-300 to boeing 737-700 ?

You can't, because those are A/C of different fleet group

The only way is to edit routes of B733 to B737, and schedule the new edited routes to B737

Nope, you can edit so that your B737 departs at the same time as your B733 did
