Title: Base airport restrictions

Yooo,

I am currently based at Hong Kong Airport (VHHH).
I want to open a second base somewhere else but I can't, as I'm blocked by some restrictions.
Does anyone of you know, how long this restrictions will be there?

"Your base airports must be located in Hong Kong."
