Title: aircraft comparison
Post by: sergio on April 01, 2014, 09:18:55 AM
hello!

on one forum people are comparing 767-300-ER and IL-96-300, with words: Boeing takes 200 pax and uses 6 tonns fuel, IL, takes 300 pax and 15 tonns of cargo and uses 7 tonns. And every hour of IL is 1000 USD cheaper than 767-300-ER.

I want to see these nice descriptions of aircraft (ABCDc check costs, pax configurations (Y,B,F), tonns versus distance, airport dues etc.) and compare them like in the game, however i must have active game. i dont want to waste my credits now, because my brain in engaged with another online game at the moment. so where can i find it?

because i think Boeing is better, but i dont have figures to compare and prove it, and i think it is incorrct to compare with ER.

wbrgds

i mean - if i play Airway sim, than after some time it take 4 hours a day finding new routes, writing it down, only then i will order new acfs ))))
and i keep thinking of it when going to sleep and after waking up. so - i dont want to enter world game just to see the characteristcis of acf and then leave the game.
and far not everything is in wikipedia.

The AWS aircraft data is not available anywhere outside the game worlds.

Here you go.  The 767 is far superior.

On a side note, practically every Russian plane in AWS from IL-62 onwards has terribly inaccurate fuel consumption data with possible exception of the newer models (SSJ etc.)

@ chiveicrook

Feel free to provide correct data from a reliable source to sami so he can fix that.
