Title: Why do I pay Airport slot fees?

Hi

I have an 8 million Airport slot fees bill this week. I have certainly not bought any slots. All i did is cancelling some routes. Does this cause airport slot fees?

Can you post a screenie?

Are you sure that you actually paid money, rather than just recording a loss for tax purposes because you've lost an asset (slots) that you paid for?

This is one example from this week. I closed routes and bam, 2,6 million costs. What you say is a good point, but i'm not sure whether i relly pay now for them. My finacial stats are going crazy :-[
