It means from 1978 there is going to be a lot of 732s on the UM. It's kind of interferring with game play without playing the game isn't it?

It does cancel the order but the leasing company will still take delivery of these and then flood the UM.

Only the orders too close to the current date to reopen.

All the others will be cancelled, then released, then filled by other players, not going to the leasing companies. So it will make almost zero difference.
