Title: staff morale drop, why?
Post by: Saul Goodman on September 04, 2013, 03:49:02 AM
My staff morale has dropped or has been low for quite some time for no apparent reason.  they have suggested wages, enough personnel and airline has been established for quite some time (5yrs +), never laid off anybody.  Gave them an additional 5% increase but morale is at 84 on average... any thoughts?

Sure. Sounds like a bug that has been around for a while that hasn't been properly swatted.

If you file a bug report, suggested title is staff shenanigans mark 3 with a link to the above thread. ;-)

Did you try pushing F5 repeatedly?  I used to do that back in the day on most AWS pages until it displayed the information I wanted and it seemed to work pretty well.

Could it be that german staff are just naturally unhappy?  ;)

That was in AUH, so I am assuming that the extreme desert heat was bringing them down  :P .  Well, looks like things have cooled off and morale is going back up  :)
