I seem to have made a bit of an error. I have sacked far too many staff in one class (small a/c pilots). Morale has plummeted to -20 in that category, cancellations are up at 6%, and CI is falling at 0.5 per week! I cannot believe a single error like this could bring the whole airline down. Staff morale is 97% overall, but that does not seem to be helping with the cancellations.
What can I do to recover this? I have increased salaries in the small a/c category by 15% which has brought morale up to -13, but the standard increase seems to be +1 per week, which means 2 years to recover...

CI will recover faster over time.Marketing will always help to bring it up, so invest in that.
