I'm updating my livery to coincide with my newer model 737's.. when I go to update the new .jpg file, it will somehow remember my old 737-200 file that was previously loaded and won't show the newer model that I made. I've even tried removing the old one, saving prefs, going back in and uploading the new one.. it still remembers the old one! Frustrating, what's going on? ???

i was wondering the same thing where did you get the template, nice livery too both old one and new one.
Maybe its cache thing try looking back in a few hours or next day.

Clear the browser's cache.. it's coming from there.
try CTRL + F5 on the page after uploading
