Title: When Shanghai Hongqiao transfers international traffic to Pudong airport in 1999

Will the international percentage of the passenger pie chart at Hongqiao just drop to 0%?
I'm thinking of moving operations there so I can take advantage of the higher international pax numbers than Beijing Capital airport, but I don't want to get screwed over in 1999 if the international traffic is moved to Shanghai Pudong...

I see it will be 92/8/0% after 1999. If you are based at the old airport you are automatically moved to the new intl apt.
