Title: Unreasonable to fly A321 transatlantic?
Post by: Atlantische Zeiler on June 04, 2013, 01:47:28 AM
Is the A321 (and similar fleet groups) too small to make a profit on transatlantic routes- say, Boston to Dublin?

Thanks

Do you have the range? If you do, I see no problem. Airlines are flying 757's transatlantic all the time with the right range. I wouldn't do it having to make a tech stop though. :)

I think he´s talking the in-game penalty for unappropiate aircraft.
As long you don´t see competition by a widebody or have to stop over you will be fine. You may have to lower your fares a bit, but it should work out.
