Seriously though - yes, because values in JA are not inflation adjusted, you realistically can't meet that goal in any world except MT (or a rumored long game)
JA is not easier than MT! Half of the fuel price difference in MT vs. JA is attributable solely to inflation, and the other half is made up for by the plentiful availability of fuel-efficient planes in MT vs. the gas guzzlers that dominate JA (basically everything but the DC10, which is very expensive to lease or buy due to slow production line and high demand).
