I have a couple of questions about when certain charges are actually taken from the cash on hand.

1) When are slot fees charged? When the schedule is created? When the route is flown? At some other time?

2) When is the fee for C/D Check charged? When the check is scheduled, when it begins, when it is finished, or at some other time?

Both charges are immediate.

C/D check are charged when the check begins.
