Perhaps I'm being blind or perhaps this isn't included, is there a way to see how many passengers you've transported each year, I was looking at the statistics page and it says "Previous Year" and "Year-To-Date" but I was curious about the other years.

No, it is shown anywhere on annual basis.
The only thing resembling yearly pax is to go to Income Statement, switch to yearly view, and the chart icon next to Sold Tickets (economy)
