Okay, so I have been on a rampage of leasing used 757s. I have many fokker 50s for my short hauls and some 737s for my medium ones.
With my lines pretty much all being done (I have to compete for market share everywhere else I could go to now), do I just sit back and accumulate money so I can buy my own planes? Or, should I keep on leasing used ones?
I am making decent money, but I DON'T have 40 million to put down on a new 757. It probably takes me two whole calendar days just to get to that point to get one. At that point, it doesn't even seem worth it.
I failed to add that I am working out of KCLE and there is NO international demand and those airports with the demand are all locked down by competition right now. So, the big boys are just not worth it to me.
Am I wrong?
As i'm in competition with you for those used 757s... stop leasing them :P
what's your company image like? try offering a better standard of service than the rest, not sure what i'm talking about here as i've yet to reach that position.
